Well, I missed the mark this time.
I was hoping to qualify for the Canadian World Cups while racing in West Yellowstone and Bozeman, MT, but I didn't quite have the edge I needed.
West Yelowstone was pretty low on snow this year. We ended up driving up and down from the plateau for all our training and racing. We had a 8km skate which went pretty well and a skate sprint qualifier only the next day. The sprint was moved to Bohart.
Bohart ranch hosted the skate sprint followed by a classic sprint and a classic 15km. Was 25th in the classic sprint which was my best result of the series.
Now I'm on my way home for a few weeks of training and to watch the World Cups in Quebec City!
